Domestic and commercial cleaning services including general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out and specialist cleaning services.
Hourly rate is £20 per hour. Payments are due on completion unless agreed otherwise.
Additional time may be charged if property condition requires extra work.
Payment for the work performed is due immediately upon completion of the service. In exceptional cases, it must be settled no later than 24 hours after cleaning.
48 hours notice required. 24–48 hours may incur charge. Day before or same day cancellations charged at 50%.
Clients must provide access. Keys or alternative arrangements can be made if you are not present.
We are fully insured and DBS checked and operate with professionalism at all times.
Clients can feel confident leaving access to their property.
Ensure access, utilities and safe working environment. Secure valuables before service.
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours. Pre-existing damage not covered.
We reserve the right to refuse unsafe work environments.
